Billing is painless and fun.
Bill is billed painlessly and fun. It does not get easier. Only three simple steps for a perfect bill

  1. Create Invoice: a bill has three parts: customer information; billing information; and items, shipping, and quantity discount. You can also create budgets, which can be converted into bills. Invoices can have an individual number, expiration date, can be (automatically) marked shipped, overdue and paid. Bill remind customers, customer numbers and addresses for you and, of course, customers can import directly from your OS X with just one click.
  2. Add items: Bill remembers recent articles. This means you do not have to retype all the time; Instead, you can add them with one click. The elements consist of a title, a subtitle, the base amount, quantity, possible taxes and SKU number. In addition, you can add shipping costs (optional) and Bill will remember them well; so, again, it’s just a simple click to add them . And, of course, you can add, or better yet, subtract an optional discount at any time, either as a fixed amount or as a percentage of the total.
  3. Print invoice: or directly create an even better PDF file, or send directly as email attachments. And since you can allow access Bill OS X, you know the email address of your customer. And yes, you can reprint and resubmit an invoice at any time. You can even create, and therefore print invoices in any language, even from left to right, and create your own templates with only a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. Or simply customize one of the existing templates to fit your needs.
